Starved is an incarnation of Dr. Ivo Robotnik that has one goal currently in mind: to feed his insatiable hunger he has worked up over time. He is the same doctor to a marginal degree despite the difference in looks, his outlooks comparably before are much different than what he originally had planned in the beginning.
