Hey it's TheCrispyPanda here back with another skin. Since my last one wasn't the steampunk theme I originally wanted I decided to make one that was. As usual the toning was all hand done (I don't like how auto-tones look) and there is a complete base layer beneath the over lay, plus who doesn't like bionic arms! I hope you guys enjoy, and don't forget to tell me if I've made any errors.
