thankyou for the comfirmation on that i would also like to know the meaning of shelved i have and expectation of what it is but are not truely sure what it means if you wouldnt mind i would please like to know im not much of a democratic type

Shelved means they have set it aside because it needs work. Politicians determined that the bill was unpopular enough that their support would literally mean the end to their political careers.

ya i guess its best enough they decided not to because im sure everyone over the world would have caused a huge riot over this political event but thank god it didnt go down that way but whos to say they wont try again once they have enough people to back them up

oh they will, they already are trying to sneak part of the bill into other legislation. but SOPA itself is dead.
