So I tested out a different way to hue shift, where I actually shift hue, value, and saturation for once. c:
I remembered some random person I saw earlier while being driven to school and decided to make a skin of them.
Idk if it's just me, but the brighter colors look really odd, so I'll be working on that then. Such fun, much wow.
