I was eventually going to make a skin of this guy, but decided I may as well do it now so he can count towards the robots skin contest.
I've not developed him much, but he's a robotic witch doctor kind of thing. He's the sixth seat of the seven most powerful mages on the globe, and he specifically specializes in bending time. He also manages to accidently awaken the "Twin Destructors" who when working together could potentially destroy the world, but don't necessarily have to. They're actually pretty lame, honestly.
This skin doesn't really give him justice, he looks more like a tortured blob of blue and gray...

He's more often than not seen with this stupid cloak thing seen in the picture below, but I am far too lazy to figure out how to both gradient that in a way that the "6" symbol doesn't go disappear in the reverse of the same gradient, plus shade it in such a tiny space. Ugh. But there's that, I guess.
His helmet's not complete poop, I've never been good at doing horns/spikes on heads, and this one's pretty okay imo-
