Yup, new skin after a long while, plus I hit level 5, heck yeah! Anyway, since I hit level 5, I might make
a Jam in the future, who knows what'll it be? But I know I'll use that chance to make lots of trophies,
a lot of trophies. Anyways, enough of the 'celebration', this is the lieutenant himself, the man that
(attempted) to fight an alternate, Lieutenant Thatcher Davis. Yeah, there's a few 'alternate' (haha)
versions too, both in this "Casual" attire, as well as his Black & White counterpart, and with his
Police Uniform, with it's Black & White counterpart. Hope you enjoy these skins, thanks for all of the
