I really loved TheGearsSystem outfit skin for the newly revealed outfit for Ncuti's outfit as The Doctor, but I wanted to have it with Ncuti's likeness. So I hastenly did threw a likeness on. I'm very rusty when it comes to making skins so excuse it being not great lol
I will take this down upon TheGearsSystem's request if they don't approve of me uploading this skin
