The Batman Who Laughs is an alternate reality version of Batman, who became insane after killing the Joker while being blinded by anger, which resulted in the Joker's body emitting a strange green gas that Batman breathed in. Over time, this turned him into a psychopathic fusion of himself and the Joker, who claims he always wins, known as The Batman Who Laughs! He also appeared in Mortal Kombat 11 as a special DLC skin for Noob Saibot.
