This is The Cat, my Time Lord character. It's modeled after me, so naturally I have all of the clothing necessary.

She ears the headphones to be able to hear noises humans can't hear. Sadly she's a bit deaf, so she need them to hear normally. Hearing aids just don't suit her.

This is her first regeneration, because somehow she managed to not die yet. She has countless regenerations as of an experiment of some of the Time Lord scientists. No one knows exactly how many she has, if she even has a certain number.

She went to Earth after the experiment out of rage. Her TARDIS crashed there, and took the form of a Police Public Call Box as well, and she landed in 1997. While in 2010, a group of kids decided to paint the box green! She decided to stick with it, liking the color of her new-found way of travel. Her chameleon circuit isn't destroyed, like the Doctor's, so it blends in, but keeps that green color, making it stand out, almost ruining the point of the chameleon ciruit.

Now she roams the stars looking for other Time Lords. She has no clue that Gallifrey is gone. I suppose she left in time.

She initially got her TARDIS from a professor, namely her father. His name was lost in time, so she just called him "Father", instead. His reason for giving her a TARDIS was because he wanted her to give a package to someone on Earth the old-fashioned way. That package never reached it's destination, of course.
