Umm I am trying to open groups but i can't and nor can i invite someone to my group

i'll be more Descriptive, One I click on the community tab then click on groups it sents me to the home page and one i invite someone to my group it say error Occurred
It's not just you.
I just attempted to send you a group invite and had teh same thing happen. "Error occured while attempting this action"
