My Time Lord OC (Original Character), The Controller, in his second incarnation.

He wears a blue trucker's cap, a brown hunting coat, a white dress shirt, jeans (pockets and fly darkened), and red boots.

He's suave, sexy, and also a bit insane, able to instantly charm his way anywhere and then think of the most convoluted way out of that 'anywhere'. He's also vengeance-ridden, vehemently searching for the Slenderman.

After regenerating, he began searching for the thing that killed him and almost killed his TARDIS, going anywhere and doing anything to find it.

He has the same variations as the first incarnation (sans hat, sans coat, and sans both), but, also like the first incarnation, these won't be uploaded.
