The Creator otherwise known as Vortil by his own people is one of many abnormal creatures who possesses the powers of creation and destruction. Vortil's speciality was biological creations and thus he created tiny living organisms one by one, allowing some to reproduce and duplicate. He was then later banished by his own people and sentenced to an eternity in the dungeons if he were ever to come back! The ministry were called upon to force the planets wherever Vortil's set foot on to shower them in meteors and wipe out all sign life.. Though, what they didn't know from experience was that it only created room for more civilised creatures and others, giving Vortil a whole new story to tell...
