This is The Doctor. He is the last remaining time lord. He flies the legendary TARDIS and has 2 hearts. He has 12 incarnations and this is my favourite. All judges, if this skin does break the rules, I am sorry as the rules say nothing about not uploading characters from the best TV show EVER!!!!!!! I will update this info later!
