Lol, the problem is, I probably could.  Or if I didn't (I wouldn't, obviously; I'm a decent person) if I won the other judges would accuse me of foul play and the non-judge contestants would have a riot.  It's better for everyone if I just stick to judging, lol.  But thank you.  cx

I was like: why are the eyes so kawaii. And then I realized that they had another layer and I just died. (can i use that on a skin?) SOO cute. All of your skins. I wanted to join.

Heheh, I'm glad you like it. You can use it, I don't mind. What happened was I was trying to make eyeliner so I ended up tricking up the hat layer a lot but I decided that eyeliner looked dorky so I erased it all but then I was like but the eyes look so nice :( so I put it back. 
Bottom line is yes, go ahead, use it, lol. And thanks for the feedback. :)

haha, I dont even know why I asked, knowing that shading techniques are for everyone, but it looks so cute on this, and so bad on my skin, so ima just let it be yours <3 xD But the haiir on this skin tho... How? T^T

xD Yeah, I can never seem to get my hair exactly the same each time, and since I'm always half asleep IBlameSchool I never know what exactly I did, even when I was the one who did xD T^T sad
