High in the clouds, in a small section of sky never seen by human eyes, lives the Mistress of Air. From her vantage point, she controls the world's weather patterns. She is responsible for droughts and monsoons, hurricanes and typhoons. In this modern age, she also ensures that planes do not collide by creating areas of turbulence to divert them from their course.
Only one picture as ever been taken of her, by a small unmanned craft that went missing shortly after. This is that image.
