This is Ser Gregor Clegane from a Song of Ice and Fire (Game of Thrones). I did not make the TV version of the Mountain, but another version that I saw on Google Images which I thought was pretty cool. He is a giant, cruel knight who burned his little brother's face for stealing a toy from him and slaughtered, mutilated, and tortured hundreds of innocent people for the sake of war. I did use the same style of helmet that RipClaw used for his Templar Knight skin, so I think he deserves to be credited for that. Here is the picture I saw:
