This is, Iris Bluestar. Named after 2 flowers.

She's basically the mumther of succubuses, she's the most powerful & usually protects other succubus & when they have issues they go to her. A lot of demons are afraid of her from her high seduction which could lure them to death, so she usually sorts out problems quite quickly.
She's caring, a bit of a tsundere. She's witty & usually tries to say only nice-ish things, though, she's terribly blunt so it doesn't always work.
She understands what it's like for other succubuses especially new ones.
