This Villian has the special power to control time!

Every time that a hero comes to stop him,he escapes by freezing time!

His most unique ability is going back in time.That way he has vanished his deadliest enemies...His name is Carl Zirius.Carl owned a clock lab in New York when he discovered the power of time!!

From that moment he knew what he wanted to do next...Rule the World!!!
