Based on the Iron Maiden song of the same name.
A soldier of the 11th Prince Albert's Own Hussars Calvary regiment during the Crimean War, charging into a cannon blast.
This soldier is a part of the ill-fated Charge of the Light Brigade, where British cavalry charged into a line of Russian artillery leading to devastating losses of British forces and later inspiring the Iron Maiden song.

Fun Fact: Although the cover art for the song (shown below) depicts Eddie wearing the iconic redcoat uniform of British infantry, cavalry units like the one depicted in the song's lyrics, would have worn dark blue coats and would have had entirely different uniforms.
