So This Is My Entry To The This Year On Earth Skin Contest. If You Dont Know Me Personaly You May Not Know That Im A Big Fan Of Doctor Who. And Since The Name Of The Contest Is This Year On Earth i Decided To Make The New Doctor Who Outfit That Was Introduced This Year. At First I Wanted To Make Bill (The Doctors New Companion) But When I Looked At Her More I Relised How Hard It Would Be To Make A Good Skin Of Her And Then I Remembered How Cool The Doctors New Outfit Looked So I Made That Instead. So Now More About The Doctor Now. He Is One Of Theese Alien Like Beings Called Timelords And At Certain Points He Regenerates And Turns Into A Diffrent Doctor! This Is His 12th Regeneration (13th If You Count The War Doctor) And This is My Favorite Out Of Them All. The Actor Who Plays Him Is Called Peter Capaldi. So I Really Hope You Like It!
