Thraxox are a race of alien I thought of myself, they're a Semi-Hivemind alien race due to their Incect-like eyes and train of thought.
They are quite technically advanced and carry tanks of Phosphine. Since this is their breathable gas. Oxygen is toxic to them like Phosphine is toxic to humans.
