Why not? Just make the pants shorter and it looks like a diaper.

But then i have to make the shoes longer and i kinda like the shoes to be small. i had a choice of either making the shoes tall and the pants short or the pants long and the shoes small, and i chose to have the pants long and have shoes small. its kinda my preference on how i wanna make the skin :P

You could just leave the shoes small and make the pants shorter, but if you wanna make inaccurate skins be my guest.
