well, I would suggest using this editor:

It is called Skinedit, it is what I use. Gives you a lot of options, lets you add noise and is all around a pretty good skin editor. Gives you a nice template, and you can see what your skin looks like as you work on it.

NP, might take a little getting used to, but it is a great tool, and free. If you need help, just ask. I'd love to see your creations grow better and better, and they will too. I like seeing what other people do with their Transformers skins.

That was part of why I started making Transformers skins. I liked what you'd done and I wanted to do my own versions of the characters. Also- I'm new. any tips?
