I wanted to make a Doctor Who skin, but that eventually evolved into making a skin using the colors of the 4th Doctor's scarf. I took my own 12ft Tom Baker scarf and based the colors for the flowers on it.
Originally I meant to make new hair/skin/face for this. That didn't work out well so I just used the me IRL base.
