As someone who wants to be able to create such beautiful skins like this and knows nothing about shading/skinning is there a place I should start? I love the flowers and shading style is there a name for that style? Also if you don't mind me asking what you use to make your skins? (Like what site or program) Please and thank you ♥!♥♥♥~Mack

Personally I think that going around and looking at other skins is a great way to get inspiration and such.
Ofc you should never copy the whole thing and call it your own.

I have no idea if it has ha style name or such.

Here's a great tutorial by Sylvia_ for hair shading.

The site I use is minecraftskins.net (you have to go and edit a skin to get to the editor), it's not the best because you gotta remember to download the skin before
you leave the site , also the 3-pixel arm function is a bit bugged sometimes, but it works fine.
