meet tulip!
tulip is my third spring themed oc!
she's a little ball of sunshine, but cries at the littlest things.
her high sensitivity and emotional levels make her an obvious pisces!
next week!
i might make one more spring themed oc,
but there's also a few contests i'm participating in,
so i might just start working on those skins instead :-)
side note!
the thing on her right foot is supposed to be a carrot!
i don't really know how a carrot should be shaded,
but i tried my best!
