November is the month of the Thanksgiving holiday in the United States. I would like to give a big THANKS! to all my 500+ subscribers no matter where they live. An extra shout out goes to Apple_Sauce who was number 500. Outside my "monster in the closet" skin, I am most known for my animal skins. So for my 500th sub celebration, I designed an animal skin associated with Thanksgiving - a turkey; which is the main course in the traditional Thanksgiving meal. I've made it cartoonish so it could look upset about being hunted while at the same time looking plump and tasty.

Creating this skin gave me an idea for a PvP game associated with turkeys and Thanksgiving. I'm not good at world design or modding so I will leave that part to those that are. The basic scenario is described below. Please let me know if you try it.
In this game, that takes place on a small island, one player takes on the role of turkey and the other players (ten or less) assume the role of hunters trying to "capture" the turkey within a set amount of time (say 5 minutes). If time runs out before the turkey is captured then the turkey wins. If a hunter takes down the turkey then that hunter becomes the turkey in the next round. The player who remains the turkey the most rounds is the winner.
The turkey gets no weapons but uses its wits to trap hunters or lure them into pits, lava, etc. The turkey should be able to speed sprint after eating bread (stuffing) that is scattered around the terrain. Any hunter that dies is sent to the "hunting lodge" until the next round. The hunters are armed with only axes. For a twist, a single bow and several arrows may be hidden somewhere on the island for the hunters to find. If the turkey moves into the water surrounding the island then no one wins and a new turkey is selected at random for the next round. Hunters that enter the water at the edge of the island are banished to the hunting lodge.
To be most like the Thanksgiving season, a forest biome, possibly with snow, would be appropriate. Pumpkins should be plentiful. It might be interesting to allow hostile mobs to spawn on the island (Halloween left overs...). The mobs should ignore the turkey but chase the hunters. Another option would be to allow the turkey to super jump - to represent its limited ability to fly.
