Tuscany Sutton is an illegal gynoid and android parts dealer in the city of Huskin, built after the 5th Tech War began for refugees to wait out the War's devastating effects. Many came to sell illegal weapons and substances while others lived peaceful lives and stayed out of trouble as much as possible. Tuscany came for her only friend, Fuji Shoko. Together they've become some of the most well-known team of criminals in the city, capable of taking down the law's power grid and hacking into their database to find corrupt officers.

However, Fuji is taken by a rival criminal group one day, and Tuscany has to find out which people in the city she trusts more: The law, or the other notorious crime lords?
