Congrats on the level 30! but yeah, i suggest putting the skin file in adobe photoshop and use the smudge tool a bit so it looks a bit more natural. great skin though!

i normally use paint to make it, import it into Nova Skin, fix the "Hat", then save, and finally upload it to Planet Minecraft or my Minecraft account (Only if it is a tweak to my presonal skin)

In my opinion, you shouldn't use so much noise and random colors. You should focuse on shading and useing essential colors. Look around and study skins made by Leostereo. Please understand, this is just constrictive criticism.

Ya, it is rather "Noisy"; no offence taken. I rarely take "offence" unless it is from OnigiriG or SushiJ, (A self-centered, arrogant, jerk and his little brother), everything they say to my is meant to provoke me and/or start something.
