Basic US Army Soldier from the Fallout 3 DLC "Operation Anchorage". This armor is the standard combat armor camouflaged for winter/arctic conditions. All US Army Soldiers stationed at Anchorage were issued this combat armor, except the few who were testing out the new Power Armor.

For some reason the preview shows the black lines on the side of the head, i tested the skin in game and those lines don't show up. I don't know why, they weren't in Gimp, so... They just appear on PMC, not in the game. Updated the color on the helmet as well.

Yeah sure I can wait. Its was also test week but that was last week of school for me but since I go to a private school things are a little different. We take the Iowa test, Its to see how much we know now so they can teach us what we dont know. Unlike the test.

so basicaly this week I get out on thursday, tuesday to thursady are 2hr. days...

Saddly my school has Kindergarden-8th grade but luckly I leaveing this Thursday... :3
