Okay so here's the explination behind this skin: Me and my friend have a Dark Woods Circus on our rp. We decided that we wanted to add a lot more vocaloids than just Rin, Len, Miku, and Kaito. So, we've basically been making mutalated vocaloids and adding them to the Dark Woods Circus. What they did to Piko was they burned half of him and then drilled horns into his head. His circus name is The Tight-Rope Demon. So, that basically explains why this skin is a thing. (Also since me, her, and possible one of our friends that will be in the circus are all girls I'm genderbending all the boy vocaloids into girls)
