He's the bad guy from the upcoming game Far Cry 3, I saw the trailer and was really impressed and I am sure going to buy that game and that's why I thought i would be nice to make a skin of him. He's a real madman, crazy as hell.
I based him on this picture:

Thanks I put a lot of time in it, but I still don't think it's perfect. So I'm going to try to remake it in the following weeks.

Yeah. And also, remove the extra 'tufts' of hair on the sides of his hair.
