One of the Last Citizens of Vault 7,His Clumsiness Actually Saved him from the Horrible Demise of his Fellow Vault Dwellers when a Deathclaw Nest was Found Outside the Vault Door,Which was Opened in a Desperate attempt to get Medical Supplies* ,As his was happening,The Survivor accidently Knocked himself Unconscious in one of the Living Quarters when a Nuka Cola Truck on the Shelf of his Room Fell off and hit on the top of the head,When he Came back around,He Discovered his fellow Citizens were Left Strewn Across the Many Corridors of the Vault,from the 311 Citizens who had once lived there,only 14 Survived.When the Deathclaws were found to be dead,The Vault 7 Survivors Escaped from the Vault and began Exploring the Wastes,Just hoping that other Vaults had not Had the same demise as the Vault 7 Had.

*I Decided that the Vault-Tec Experiment of this Vault was that Very Little Medical Supplies were actually in the Vault and there would only be about a 12 Year Supply,But the Supplies were only used if the Patient would die otherwise so it lasted 2 more years than it should have.(And the Vault is Non-Canon and unused by the Fallout Universe so i might as well use it)
