Vechs, the creator of the Super Hostile maps. I saw that his skin was under-detailed, so I went over it, adding some new colors and shading. I hope that he sees this skin!

I just google searched for TF2 engineer and found this skin, I guess Vech's original skin is just a small edit of that... whoopsies. :)
