Lord Vetinari, patrician of Ankh-Morpork, from Terry Pratchett's Discworld novels. I have adjusted this skin, which is now much better than my original Vetinari.

I have completely changed this skin to something I think is much better. My previous skin was terrible, but I think this Vetinari is far better. I decided I would not keep the old one, and just do over it with this skin, unlike my Moist Von Lipwig skin, in which I did keep the old.
