This is the Voxiom.io fan-made Character remaster, At the time this was made, the character looked like this except with a pixelated, hazy and less opaque skin. I recommend using it in Slim Mode for a better feeling of it. The jacket and other things are removable and this skin is not a mock-off, just a fan-made-remodel.
