it's the third community designed skin (others are called like "wallpost requests" or smth)
and it's pretty wild (here's the wallpost for this one)

we've got a brown-skinned girl with purple eyes. her blonde hair is done up sailor moon style, and she has a pair of horns.
her outfit is a black biker jacket over a simple tshirt with a chicken on it, and a pair of rainbow shorts
her shoes are white crocs, and she has a scarf, cape, and a baseball bat (or baguette - you know i tried)
