against the men in bright suits of armor
the night is an escape
for what could be more comforting
than the warmth of the dark?
For many, darkness is synonymous with evil--an antagonist. On the other side of the spectrum, light is considered good and virtuous. However, darkness is also a comfort. It is warm and welcoming. The character behind this skin is fighting a battle between an army of warriors clad in white armor, but the twist is, they are the antagonists. This character and her army wear dark colors, but they are also warm colors--inviting, even. Their opponents, in contrast, are wearing harsh white armor that is blinding to the eye. This skin challenges the idea of darkness being associated with wickedness, and rather a place to seek refuge.
