The Rusthead faction is ruled by a brutal family of warlords, all constantly sending "Taxers" to settlements in their territory. Their presence in a town tends to lead to it's demise soon after.

This Rusthead is better equipped than most others, sporting a gas mask and padding on their chest and limbs.
