Iv always liked gaara from the TV series Naruto, and i used to use a similar skin all of the time. Then on the server i played on i got oped and made the king of Atlantis and god of water. So i made it look more.....watery. well i thought it looked kinda cool so i put it up here9and when u download leave your input cause (for me) 1 comment is worth 10 diamonds

the chest is straps to hold the gourd on his back on him while he swims. a Kevlar vest would make him sink faster(bad) and he does have a gourd but its filled with water instead of sand. good ideas thogh ypou really know your stuff.

This is pretty good. :D Correct me if im wrong but is there a gourd on his back? You did a bit too much on the chest part. I recommend making it look like a red bulletproof vest with red straps like this: under. naruto.wikia.com/index.php?title=Gaara&image=Gaarapart2-jpg
