Made after SaticNomad who was also WaterHou5e at one point, so I did a combination of the two names. half and half.
As an explination, one half of his body is made up of Static like from a TV, with a Nomad wardrobe over top. The other half is made of skyscrapers from one of his builds, and with a water shawl on and head dress from the nomad part.
