I'm unsure of what could've possibly told you that this was the place to make requests, but its not. And, just personally, I don't really see anything that says "Make Requests Here" anywhere on this post. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to be rude or anything but if you'd looked at my profile/bio you'd see my rules on requests. Since I noticed that this is also an issue on DeviantArt (with comments saying "I'm not doing requests" on your posts) I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say that we'd sincerely appreciate you Reading our rules and profiles before demanding things.
