This is an Imperial guardsman from the planet Mordian. The Mordian Iron Guard wear dress uniforms both in and out of combat. Because of this, many of the Imperium of Man's enemies are fooled into thinking that they're just attacking ceremonial troops. But the Iron Guard are unyielding, only retreating when ordered to. They are also very accurate with their lasguns.
