She is a new Chinese Vocaloid and I just loved her design so I had to make a skin of her. I don't think anyone did a skin of her yet so... first! XD Hope you like it!

"Xin Hua (心華) is a Chinese VOCALOID developed and distributed by the YAMAHA Corporation, in collaboration with GYNOID and was released in February 2015 for theVOCALOID3 engine.  She is voiced by Wang Wenyi (王文儀; Wáng Wényí), a Taiwanese voice acting apprentice" (From Vocaloid Wiki). I guess she's kinda new XD
