When Yokashi Hokage was younger he witnessed the fight between Jotaro and Dio, after the fight Jotaro noticed him and gave him his hat for being brave. Ever since he wore that hat never taking it off, unless showering and sleeping, but still kept it close to him. A few years later he developed a stand of his own called Green Lightning, which he used to stop small time criminal stand users who used their stand to rob stores and jewelry. Due to this he got sent to prison on many occasions since in the view of the police, they did nothing wrong.




I hope you enjoy this character since I spent a lot of time on creating the skin and his backstory. I will also be posting a skin of his stand when I finish the skin.
