This is Youmu Konpaku (魂魄　妖夢) the best Half-Human Half-Ghost Dual-Katana-wielding Gardener ever.

So yeah. She first appeared in Touhou Youyoumu: Perfect Cherry Blossom, in which she stole Christmas Spring. The longer sword, Roukanken (楼観剣) can kill ten ghosts in a single slash. The shorter sword, Hakurouken (白楼剣) is "able to cleave through a person's own confusion". I don't understand that either.

Now you can slay zombies and gather flowers with style.

She's Yuyuko-sama's gardener/errand-girl. She half-lives (Yay, puns) in Hakugyokurou (白玉楼), along with Yuyuko-sama.

I based this skin off Touhou 12.3's Youmu.
