A skin of a WWII Yugoslav resistance fighter, wearing a slightly different suit than the ordinary Yugoslav Partisans usually wore (the regular hat is a pain to make :S). This one is supposed to be an engineer of some kind, repairing the captured vehicles, blowing up bridges and stuff.
As far as I know, this is one of the rare WWII-themed skins that's not an US or a German soldier. It's a shame there aren't many diverse skins when it comes to WWI and WWII.
For those who might not know, the Yugoslav Partisans were one of the largest resistance movements in the occupied Europe during WWII, one of the rare movements that had its own air force and navy and one of the two that liberated its own country with only limited help from the Allied forces.
