His name, Zerch. What he does, clasified. All that is known is that he takes what he wants, and gives whats he wants. Most of the time, he takes little tiny things, that no-one would even notice that they were missing. He also gives tiny things, that no-one notices. He continues to do this day on and day out, 24/7. Why he does this is unknown, and possibly will be unknown as no-one has ever caught him doing what he does. But we do know he isn't a threat... atleast we think he isn't.
