This is the skin I have created for the original heroes and villains contest and I hope everyone enjoys it :)
He doesn't have a particular story behind him but I can say he is more man than electricity but he has an uncontrollable power of all electrical forces including the tiny electrical currents that run amongst the human nervous system.
