Really good. Your definetly getting better :) I really like the shading where the shirt and pants meet looks good. One improvement you could make is with the head. I notice how you put extra pixels on the head to make it look like there is more detail but it looks a bit " misplaced" or like it doesnt belong. Instead of doing lines or splotches you could shade around the pixels you havealready coloured- e.g. Where you have 1 pixel if you want the area around it to go inwards to giive it depth, you could shade around that pixel and make whereever you want to "Darkest" part to be then lightly shade around that darkspot with less intensity- if you know what i mean.
